I stopped by Smith's this morning to get some clarification on the HOTcereal sale and this is what I found:

There are tons of participating cereals. Most GM cereals are triggering the $5 Smith's gift card. However not all cereal is priced at $2.50. The cereal that is 4 for $10 is plain Cheerios, Honey Nut Cheerios, Chex- all varieties, plain Total cereal, and Honey Grahams. Other cereals are priced at $2.99- $3.99.

You can roll the $5 Smith's gift cards! They load immediately, so there's no waiting. I tested this out myself- it worked perfectly!

You get 200 bonus points EACH TRANSACTION! Wow!!! I did 3 transactions this morning, two for me, rolling the $5 gift card, then one for my grandmother...and I got a total of 600 bonus points!

If you have an e-coupon loaded to your card, that coupon will be used first, whether you want it to be used first or not! It will come off automatically. If you have a paper coupon for the same item, the coupon will beep and you won't be able to use it! {We can't stack the paper coupon and e-coupon and now the registers enforce this, so plan accordingly!}
